Accessibility Statement

We are committed to making mobilebloodtest.com usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

Effective: May 13, 2026

Our Commitment

Mobile Blood Test is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We strive to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Measures We Take

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We test new pages against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, monitor reports from users, and update the site as we identify improvements. Some third-party content embedded on the Site (e.g., maps, embedded forms) may not be fully under our control; we work with those vendors to address issues whenever practical.

Service Accessibility

Our mobile phlebotomy service is itself an accessibility feature: we come to you. If you have a disability that makes a clinic visit difficult, our model is designed to serve you. Let us know in advance about any special accommodations you may need at the appointment (e.g., wheelchair access, support animals, communication needs) and we will do our best to accommodate.

Report an Accessibility Issue

If you encounter any barrier on this Site or have a suggestion to improve accessibility, please contact us. We aim to respond within five business days.

If your matter is urgent and you are unable to complete a booking through the website because of an accessibility barrier, please call us directly and we will assist you.
