Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of mobilebloodtest.com and the services offered through it.

Effective: May 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mobilebloodtest.com (the "Site") or any services offered through it (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Description of Services

Mobile Blood Test arranges mobile phlebotomy (blood specimen collection) at locations within our published service area. Specimens are processed by certified third-party laboratories. We coordinate scheduling, collection, transport, and delivery of results to your ordering healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a service for yourself. A parent or legal guardian must book on behalf of a minor and be present at the time of collection. A valid lab order or prescription from a licensed healthcare provider is required for most draws; we will tell you in advance if your selected service requires one.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Mobile Blood Test does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Our phlebotomists collect specimens and arrange laboratory processing; they do not interpret results. Test results are delivered to your ordering healthcare provider in accordance with that laboratory's standard protocol. You should rely only on your healthcare provider for the interpretation of results and any related medical decisions. Information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

5. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

6. Insurance and Billing

If you elect to use insurance, you authorize us to share billing-related information with your insurer and to bill them directly when available. You remain responsible for amounts not covered by insurance, including deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered services.

7. User Responsibilities

We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or terminate service if conditions at the draw site are unsafe or if the appointment cannot be performed safely.

8. AI Concierge Calls

Calls to (702) 500-1848 may be answered by an automated voice assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. The AI concierge does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for direct communication with a licensed healthcare professional.
